He should have business understanding, strong interpersonal and communication skills in THAI, good negotiation skills, and be a strong leader who can manage the factory independently.
Qualification
- Thai nationality or International, male, age 30 - 45 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Production
- Experience in Construction will be preferred, who can study/understand the drawings.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook. (AutoCAD will be preferred)
- Command of English, both reading and writing
Job Description
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Ensuring that production is cost-effective and implementing quality-control programs.
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Drafting a timescale for the job and identifying training needs
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
- Liaising among different departments, e.g., suppliers and managers.
- Working with the CEO/Directors/Managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Motivating a team of workers and reviewing the performance of subordinates
