Team Coordinator – Asia Regional Office, Bangkok 

 
The Rockefeller Foundation works around the world to promote the well-being of humanity. Our Asia Regional Office supports projects, partnerships, convening, and communication to help reverse the climate crisis. We are now looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to support this work including research, logistics, partner communication and events.  

Qualification

Required Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Development, Business Administration, Sustainability or related field.  
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in supporting development programming teams, and/or as an Executive Assistant.  
  • Experience working in a global context working with colleagues across countries, in an organization focused on human welfare and development, is preferred.      
  • Direct experience in managing sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and grace under pressure.  
  • Has experience within a highly collaborative, dynamic organization and in an entrepreneurial environment where building policies, program and processes are necessary. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. 
  • Work effectively both independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative and collegial environment. 
  • Has the ability to identify, prioritize and manage agendas, employee communications, high level presentations and documents and is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. . 
  • Has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Open to Thai nationals only
