Job Descriptions
- Contact subscribers to make their renewal payments by communicating them via phone, emails or letters.
- Prepare relevant documents of subscription sales and deliver to customers such as quotation, purchase order etc.
- Track on time payments with provided credit terms for Corporate customers (Credit Control).
- Receive customers' complaints over the phone and solve them problems.
- Keep records of subscription data to CRM system (such as data on changing address, temporary subscription suspension, subscription extension.)
- Keep sales records of new subscription or subscription renewal and key in payment records to CRM system.
- Receive customers' complaints and solve delivery problems on weekend and holidays.
- Increase new subscription members.
- Others as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant fields..
- At least 1 year of experience in the similar role or in the filed related.
- Good in communication, convincing and problem-solving skills.
- Good level of written and verbal English language skills.
- Good in Microsoft 365 and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Good attitude and service minded.
- Keen on customer relationship management, subscription-based knowledge and trends.
- Good in digital medias and trends.
