Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to Executive Management, prepare and summarize all related document for the meeting, presentation, minutes of meeting and report
  • To make appointment and take care of all communications including services
  • to coordinate with related parties for internal and external department

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, age 25 years old up
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, basic knowledge in accounting, laws and regulations of media business
  • At least 3 years’ experience in executive secretarial functions
  • Ability to have Reporting skills, Well-Organized Management, and Scheduling management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy
  • Thai Nationality Only
