Metecno Pannelli is expanding its business activities in Thailand and exporting to other neighbouring countries. It is seeking a strong, dynamic, proactive, and hardworking factory manager to lead the production department in line with the company’s requirements.

Job description

He should have business understanding, strong interpersonal and communication skills in THAI, good negotiation skills, and be a strong leader who can manage the factory independently.

Qualification

  1. Thai nationality or International, male, age 30 - 45 years.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Production
  4. Experience in Construction will be preferred, who can study/understand the drawings.
  5. Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook. (AutoCAD will be preferred)
  6. Command of English, both reading and writing

Job Description

  1. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
  2. Ensuring that production is cost-effective and implementing quality-control programs.
  3. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
  4. Working out the human and material resources needed.
  5. Drafting a timescale for the job and identifying training needs
  6. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
  7. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
  8. Liaising among different departments, e.g., suppliers and managers.
  9. Working with the CEO/Directors/Managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
  10. Motivating a team of workers and reviewing the performance of subordinates

Competence

  1. Supervise production processes.
  2. Reading drawings.
  3. Management of workforces.
