Job description
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for all Sales & Marketing business objectives, strategic direction of the Sales & Marketing plan and implement.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement organizational strategies, resources planning, processes and systems by focusing on short and long term business needs to meet company objectives.
- Develop and manage team, development of sales expertise and know how.
- Carry out activities to build good relationships with customers.
- Monitor the situation about any relevant field news such as competition initiatives, distribution etc.
Qualification
Requirements:
- < 45 years old.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 10 years of work experience of which the past 3-5 years is in a similar managerial and leadership role.
- 5 years’ experience in marketing and Sales in an electric or manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual in English and Thai, ability in conversational Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing/negotiation capabilities.
- Have knowledge about Marketing communication & even project management skill.
- Must be able to travel.
- Experience in Drives & Motors and Automation is an added advantage.
- Proactive and performance driven, with good work ethics and integrity.
This position is based in Samuthprakarn, Thailand.
