Duties & Responsibilities
• You will be assisting Head Chef in organizing and preparing mise-en-place.
• Preparing food according to standard recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and follow checklist
• Set-up and break-down work station. Wash and disinfect your station, tools, knives and equipment
• Prepare all foods at the correct temperature according to the HACCP food and safety guidelines
• Follow appropriate personal hygiene procedures to ensure food served is safe for consumption
• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
Qualification
• A young, energetic chef who is looking for the next challenge
• Minimum of 1-2 year experience in F&B industry (previous exposure in catering/banquet is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices
• Good working ethics and always want to learn and improve yourself
