 (CIS) is the premier school in Thailand offering a multilingual program in a full IB environment. We offer all divisions of the International Baccalaureate Program from Nursery to Grade 12.

In the IB Primary Years Program (PYP) from Nursery up to Grade 4, students are immersed in English and Mandarin, with Thai as an additional target language.

From Grad 5 to 12, classes are taught in English. The IB Middle Years Program (MYP) from Grad 6 to 10 offers the highest quality education available on an international level. It is excellent preparation for the rigorous IB Diploma program offered in Grades 11 and 12. Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:          

  1. Familiar with the operations of a school
  2. Have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience and a minimum of a B.A. Degree. Masters Degree in Business Administration or Management preferred.
  3. Expatriate Native English speaker with excellent written and oral communications skills. This includes the ability to: a) write articles, features, letters, press releases and any other English language communication pieces, and b) review/edit/revise all internal English-language documents before they are released. 
  4. Possess strong leadership and good interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.
  5. Possess excellent organization skills and the ability to meet competing demands/responsibilities within established deadlines.
  6. Be a person who can work closely in a team, is patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and work under pressure.

Description:  The Human Resources, Communications, and Publications Manager is responsible for the management of all contractual responsibilities for expatriate and Thai academic staff (teachers, support/Thai teachers, and teaching assistants) along with assistance in policy formulation; responsible for maintenance of procedures for attracting and retaining academic staff. He/she assists the Director and Principals with school-wide communications, ensuring that messages going out to the community effectively convey the School’s mission, goals and accomplishments.  He/she has editorial responsibility for the publication of Impact magazine and supervisory responsibility for the school’s yearbook and monthly e-newsletter. He/she serves as Board Secretary and has overall responsibility for maintenance and update of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual, the accompanying Concordian Procedure Manual, and the Strategic Plan.
