Position: Clinical Outreach Manager

Reports to: Head of Outreach

Salary: Competitive Salary

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships and effective lines of communication with our professional referrers.
  • Create and maintain strong communication with our clinical staff working locally and internationally.
  • In conjunction with sales and marketing, help to develop and execute a strategy to drive growth in the addiction professional referral network.
  • Consistently develop the referral process via research and holding regular meetings with relevant teams and/or our professional affiliates.
  • Network on behalf of The Cabin Group both locally and internationally, utilising seminars, workshops, roadshows, conferences etc.
  • Monitor the referral process for all referred clients from assessment to discharge, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
  • Manage your client reports (weekly reports, discharges etc.) from our clinicians.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in marketing or related field a benefit.
  • Experience in sales, business development or outreach preferred.
  • Proficient in all office software including Microsoft Office, Online Browsers, Social Media.
  • Exposure to the rehab industry desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • A strong team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
