SERVICE CONSULTANT
- Accepts customer motorcycles, diagnoses problems and service needs.
- Provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Recommend and sale of products and services required.
- Schedule work, assign jobs to service technician and communicate job status to customers.
SERVICE CONSULTANT ADMIN
- Organize record and control accurate paperwork.
- Aids technicians in maintaining prof
- Record, submit and sort insurance / warranty motorcycles, parts and claims
- Build and maintain up to date knowledge of products and features
- Use knowledge to support sales and close follow up with customers.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Male / Female age between 25 - 40 years old
- At least 2 years experience in Service Advisor especially in motorcycle parts business.
- Experience in motorcycle manufacturer will be an advantage
- Eager, enthusiastic with good team working skill
- Good command in temper and task management to achieve section target
- Good presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage is an advantage
- Computer literacy (excel, word, power point, access)
