Job description

Main Functions of the Position

  • To partner with key stakeholders and manage HR teams in Thailand (11 people) and to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of Dextra Group in Thailand (3 companies, 470 collaborators)
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across companies, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders, and provide high-quality, accurate, on-time reporting
  • Responsible for recruitment; performance management
  • Wirth a strong sense of leadership and outstanding communication skills, implement HR initiatives and as a senior generalist you will advise, guide and support all staff and managers in the Group

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection
    • Validate proper definition of profile, competencies and skills of vacancies/replacement
    • Recruits personally the key talents
    • Supervise T&C/offer/on boarding and streamline the process
    • Supervise induction and follow through
    • Ensure the proper updating of OC and JD
  • Employee Relations
    • Acts as a single point of the contact key managers in each Business Unit
    • Ensure that the key Managers are made aware of any sensitive employee relations issues.
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Compliance, processes and best practice
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance thus reducing legal risks.-
    • Partners with the legal department as needed/required
    • Provide HR policy guidance, updating and interpretation, in line with labor law and company policy.
    • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and procedures
  • Performance Development and Reward Scheme
    • Identify training requirements for each business unit and individual executive coaching needs. Evaluates, select and monitors success of training programs. Follows-up to ensure training objectives are met.
    • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
    • Partner with learning and development organization to identify and deliver PDR training as required on an annual basis
    • Liaise and leads cooperation with external HR Consultants, when required.
  • Promotions
    • Work with local leaders to ensure any salary revisions are aligned within new roles
  • Talent Mapping
    • Highlight trends in specific Centers and feed through to Senior HRBP’s working together to agree any appropriate actions
  • Developing Others
    • Support, develop and coach HR Administrators and HR colleagues, with their personal and professional development,
    • Support, develop and coach local people managers in relation to their approach and consideration of people issues.
  • Organization, Systems and Development
    • Manage complex and difficult cross-functional HR Projects
    • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management. Be the leader in the upgrade/replacement of our HRMS systems
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Support the Senior Management with the Salary Review Process up to and including Senior Executive Manager
    • Working with Senior Management to identify the issues by Centre/Function which need to be considered and factored into strategy
    • Support Line Managers with the Salary Review process guidelines
    • Work with Line Managers to agree how to distribute salary budget across Centers/Functions based on knowledge of issues and market data
    • Manage deemed salary reviews as appropriate
