An exciting opportunity has opened up at the New Zealand Embassy in Bangkok for a Development Programme Administrator.

As part of a small, high–performing team, you will support the implementation of New Zealand’s international development cooperation in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and the Mekong region, including in the management/ monitoring of development activities, New Zealand Manaaki Scholarships Programme and Head of Embassy Fund.

This role would suit a graduate or someone early in their career, seeking to gain international development experience in a dynamic and supportive workplace.  It will require periodic travel to countries of accreditation.

The applicant we are looking for will be someone responsive, reliable, and open to learning. They should be able to take initiative and follow through on tasks, work within systems and procedures, and collaborate effectively in a small team.

A high-level of spoken and written English is essential.

The position is a full-time, locally employed, fixed term position, with the contract ending on 30 June 2027. More information, including a position description and the salary offer is available from the New Zealand Embassy website at www.mfat.govt.nz/thailand
