Job brief

We are looking for a result-driven Data Entry to be responsible for prepare data to upload on eBay. As an E-Commerce Data Entry, you will be responsible for preparing data and arrange it into eBay format and upload them to eBay.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry for product details & description, product measurement into product catalog system
• Prepare excel template and arrange the data from supplier into the eBay format
• Verifying data from supplier by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
• Ensure that all data are correct and complete to upload on eBay
• Upload completed data and update data to e-commerce platform

Requirements

• Bachelor in Marketing any related fields
• 0 - 2 years experience Business understanding for e-commerce
• Good command in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Strong analytical skills and the proven ability to pay close attention to detail
• Proven experience in related job

Skills required

• Good in English and Thai
• Willing to work with multiple data platform

Technical skills

• Microsoft office:
  • Excel at intermediate to advance is required
  • Microsoft Access is highly advantage

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in project management, sales is preferred. 

Salary range: 15,000 – 25,000
