• To implement the membership development plan, manage departmental resources and set workflow priorities.
• To contribute to the membership development plan.
• To manage member communications including responding to member queries and the production and inventory of membership and marketing material e.g. letters, newsletters and e-bulletins.
• To manage member events, general marketing activities and other activities, including affinity and sponsorship schemes.
• To manage business relationship with the partner restaurants and potential participating restaurants. 
• To maintain accurate membership records and marketing database.
• To maintain budgetary control for projects.
• To offer ideas for improvement or change in all operational areas.
• Act as a mediator between team members and the partners.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• To anticipate problems and adjust the allocation of resources accordingly.
• Manage and plan for Customer Service procedure and customer complaint management.
• Work with the online team to develop the digital membership offering and identify and develop content opportunities.
• Take the program to the next stage of membership redevelopment, including the continuing implementation and evaluation of the membership offering.
• Build and negotiate relationships with new organizations, products and services to generate attractive benefits for our members. 
• To perform ad hoc duties as required.

• Thai citizen only
• Male or female age not over 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields 
• At least 5 years working experience 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
• Sound analytical with effective problems-solving skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to achieve assigned objectives within deadline
