The purpose of this position is to provide technical direction and support to the monitoring, evaluation and learning of the IPPF’s humanitarian programme. To provide technical assistance to Member Associations for quality humanitarian programme monitoring and reporting in line with programme design and global guidelines on Sexual and Reproductive Health in Emergencies) SRHiE programming.

You have a graduate qualification in a relevant field required – international development, public health, social science or equivalent with advanced experience in working on M&E and advanced application in monitoring, evaluation and learning.

You have deep knowledge of various global tools and guidelines on monitoring SRHiE programming and highly numerate with excellent quantitative data collection and analytical skills. Able to work with statistical packages (e.g. EPI-INFO, STATA, SPSS). Significant experience in humanitarian settings – including preparedness, disaster response and recovery, fragility and conflict.
