To support this expansion we havean immediate opening for the following position:

Job description

  • Be able to repair and analyze any problem on any motorcycle, being  able to make decisions and solve the problem as efficiently as possible.
  • Be able to read service manuals if necessary.
  • Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers
  • Creating goals and objectives for the department, which includes an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business
  • Providing training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.  Encouraging technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers
  • Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives
  • Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy
  • Previous experience as a service advisor is advantageous
  • Extensive technical background with management training
  • Maintain a clean workplace; be organized and systematic
  • Be aware of health and safety issues such a using protection and following company procedures.
  • Coaching and developing others in the team with knowledge and skills.
  • Establishing relationships with co-workers and being able to work in a team and individually.
  • Willing to gain extra knowledge and experience on the job for further improvement individually and for the company.
  • Thinking creatively, developing and designing or creating new  application, idea, relationship, system, or projects including artistic contribution.
  • Working workshop experience is essential no beginners. Additional Information
  • Require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
  • Required to maintain the profitability of their departments while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Required to not only understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but must also comply with these regulations including hazardous waste disposal.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Male / Female age between 35 - 50 years old
  • At least 5 years experience  in Workshop Manager especially in motorcycle parts business. 
  • Experience in motorcycle manufacturer will be an advantage
  • Eager, enthusiastic with good team working skill
  • Good command in temper and task management to achieve section target
  • Good presentation skills in both Thai and English
  • Ability to communicate in English is an advantage is an advantage 
  • Computer literacy (excel, word, power point, access)
