N.C.C. Management & Development Co., Ltd. has held the honor of being selected to manage Queen Sirikit National Convention Center since it opened in 1991, and has also been entrusted to manage the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne International Convention Center, Hat Yai.

Meetings, conferences and congresses of all sizes held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center can benefit from the Center’s comprehensive range of one-stop services. These include planning & administration, bidding assistance, registration, on-site management & security, liaison with government agencies, public relations support and accommodation reservations. Support on social programs includes organizing opening & closing ceremonies, gala dinners, cocktail receptions, spouse programs, sightseeing tours and sporting events. All these services are provided by the Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) of N.C

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage both local and international meetings and incentive travels as assigned by M&I Director
  • Ensure effective management of meeting and incentive travel projects passing from Sales team to meet satisfaction of both external and internal customers (Professional Conference Organizer department)
  • Act as liaison among client, sales account management, internal support departments and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Oversee meeting and incentive travel program development, planning and execution of all assigned programs from the point of meeting registration
  • Seek out new supplier, develop and maintain good relationship with concerned parties to create the most effective and new operation and management method
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

Qualification

  • Thai nationality only
  • Male or female age around 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience and knowledge in Tourism, Hospitality, and Logistics industry
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, management skills, negotiation & problem solving skills, leadership
  • Enthusiastic, result oriented and able to work overtime
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written (Able to use third language is an advantage)
  • Good computer literacy
