Brasport SA is a Swiss Company active in the manufacturing of components for the Watch industry. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to run our plant of Bangkok. At this time the factory employ 50 people.

You will be fully responsible of our small team, with close oversight on the daily production plan and running of the factory to ensure accomplishment of overall plant production goals.
Ensures business objectives are reached, you define, implement, and follow-up KPIs, and report to Asia Operations Manager monthly, quarterly and annually.
Qualification
- Graduate in mechanical field, production management or similar.
- Your wide range of experience and interest enable you to effectively manage all aspects of our business.
- Familiar with the manufacturing environment in Thailand, with preferably 5 Years prior experience in a similar field.
- Good computer skills, familiar with the functions of an ERP system.
- Fluent command of english, oral and written.
- Thai speaking would be a great advantage.
- Age: not over 40 Years old.
