The Company also subsidiaries and a jointly controlled entity publish and distribute the Thai-language edition, Forbes Thailand.

Job description

          A sales personnel for all digital content services. (E-Newspaper, SMS News, Archive News and etc.) And a contact person for non-Thai customers, partners and vendors.

 

Major Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer enquiry and complaint via phone and e-mail. (Both Thai and English language)
  • Presenting appropriate products to customers in order to make sales.
  • Act as a liaison between customer and technical team to solve and follow up on issue and feedback.
  • Monitoring and ensuring all products is up to date and without any failure.
  • Responsibility to keep product knowledge at maximum level.
  • Participates in product promotional events such as booth shows and seminars.
  • Other assignment.

Qualification

  • Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 22 – 27 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Bachelor’s degree in English for business or Art of English will be advantaged.
  • Working Experience 2-3 years. Experience in working with sales/ digital media/website/news companies is a plus.
  • Very good English, Writing, Listening, Reading and Speaking and able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Customer-focused, service minded, supportive, optimistic, result-driven, KPI and sales oriented.
  • Able to work in shift time.
