Job description

Under the supervision of the Export Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate requirements and policies, and coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process.
  • Interact with third-party logistics providers via phone, websites and email, and follow up on shipments.
  • Prepare related export documents, export privileges and custom entry.
  • Review bills, invoices and purchase orders, and ensure bookings are priced correctly upon sending the booking confirmation.
  • Keep track of shipments and contracts, ensure bookings are fulfilled, and orders are finished before deadlines.
  • Correspond with internal and external customers regarding any booking related clarifications, including amendments.
  • Receive and interpret domestic freight quote requests from both internal and external customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to support the booking process.
  • Other responsibilities as necessary in support of Transportation Dept. functions.

Qualification

  • Age: 25 years to 30 years.
  • Nationality: Thai.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field such as Logistics.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the role of customer service officer or coordinator. An experience in Express/Freight Forwarding industry (sea export) is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) / paperless operation is advantage.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Very good command in English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy.
