Dhevan Dara Resort & Spa Group is managing in total three hotels in Phuket and PrachuapKiri Khan (HuaHin & Kuiburi). Dhevan Dara Resort & Spa HuaHin and Dhevan Dara Beach Villa Kuiburi are five star resorts which targets upmarket guests. Patong Heritage Hotel in Phuket is a 4 star hotel in Patong beach area. 

Job description

As personal assistant to Assistant Managing Director, you will have diverse responsibilities and play a vital role in the management of three hotels belonged to Dhevan Dara Resort & Spa Group. The focus is to come up with effective management system for hotels in our group. You will be dealing with many departments such as Sales & Marketing, Buying, F&B, Front Office and Administration etc. Your main responsibility is to working with other members of our management team, observing, tackling the problems, coming up with the solutions and making sure that all departments run smoothly. This positionalso includes occasional visits to the hotel sites in which you will be closely auditing, monitoring and assessing the performance of each department. 

Qualification

  • Nationality: Thai
  • Age: 30-38 years
  • Gender: Female
  • Marital status: single (preferably)
  • Bachelor degree in any fields
  • At least 4 year experience in hospitality or related industry
  • Good writing skill in both Thai and English
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to occasionally work on weekends and outside Bangkok (accommodation, transportation and meals will be provided)
  • Attention to small details and common sense.
  • Self-motivated, delicate, hard-working and organised
  • Location: Silom, Bangkok
