           Luxellence Center is an academic services center operated by CP ALL Public Company Limited (www.cpall.co.th) under the vision of Mr. Korsak Chairasmisak, the Chairman, as part of CP Group offering 3 main services: Luxury Education, Luxury Consulting and Luxury Research. Our objectives are to promote and develop the luxury industry for its supreme operability in the global market, and to encourage and improve the personnel in the luxury industry in order to meet the demand of the luxury industry and to serve as the knowledge hub/information center for Thai and International luxury brands operating in Thailand, and also individuals who are interested in the luxury industry.

>>LUXURY RESEARCH

          In collaboration with Ipsos, an independent research company founded in France, and the International Luxury Business Association founded in France, Luxellence Center has launched the first Thailand specific observatory on luxury clients in 2014 as part of the "World Luxury Tracking", the only international tracking survey offering dynamic data on luxury customers over the years with 14 countries analyzed.

          The survey is intended to offer a dynamic analysis of the evolution of expectations, attitudes and behaviors of luxury clients and proves to be a must for all those who want to better understand and anticipate the fast changes that markets are currently undergoing on specific luxury segments: beauty, fashion, leather goods, watches, jewelry and etc.
