In the bright workshops there is a delicious suspension of time as the slow work of the hand beats gently forward over myriad surfaces. Grains of verdigree shagreen cover a monumental table. Hard, warm rich bronze forms the voluptuous curves of a slender uplight. Hand polished ivory lacquer sheathes a formal mirror.
