• In September 1997,  Siam Nissan Automobile Co., Ltd. has acquired some portion of shares of the company and changed its name to “Nissan Transport Co., Ltd.” and provided a new service to support an existing line.
  
  
• June 1999 has expanded the business by adding a new vehicle inspection business.
  
  
• June 2002  increase line of logistics by expanded to the shipping business. Then changed its name to “Siam Transport and Logistics Co., Ltd.” to comply with the business and prepare for the new expansion in the future.
  
  
• Aril 2010  changed its name to “Siam Motors Logistics Co., Ltd.” in order to comply with Siam Motors Group and dedicated to the development of management systems with commitment to ISO 9001 and expand to transport a heavy machine and parts transportation.

• เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2540 บริษัท สยามนิสสัน ออโตโมบิล จำกัด ได้เข้าถือหุ้นในบริษัทฯพร้อมทั้งเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น
  บริษัท สยามนิสสัน ทรานสปอร์ต จำกัด และได้ปรับเปลี่ยนการให้บริการใหม่เพิ่มขึ้น 
  
  
• เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2542 ได้ขยายธุรกิจ โดยเพิ่มงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพรถยนต์ใหม่ อีกธุรกิจหนึ่งของบริษัท
  
  
• เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2545 ได้ขยายธุรกิจงานด้าน Logistics โดยการเพิ่มงาน Shipping เข้ามา อีกด้านหนึ่งเพื่อต่อยอดธุรกิจในสายงานตรวจคุณภาพ และเปลี่ยนชื่อบริษัทเป็น บริษัท สยามทรานสปอร์ต แอนด์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจ และเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมกับการขยายธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ในอนาคต
  
  
• เดือนเมษายน พ.ศ.2553 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น บริษัท สยามกลการโลจิสติกส์ จำกัด เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกลุ่มบริษัท สยามกลการ จำกัด และมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารงาน ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นเข้าสู่ระบบ ISO 9001 : 2008 และได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานเมื่อวันที่ 11 ก.ค. 2553

     We run a business with two main businesses as

     1. a Transportation business which transport a new vehicle of Nissan and Toyota. The other transportation are heavy machine and parts transport.

     2. a New Vehicle Inspection business which is currently we serve to inspect a new vehicle of Nissan.
