The Digital Media section of Thailand's leading English-language newspaper, the Bangkok Post, is looking for a self-motivated, energetic person for the position of Online Journalist.
Job Descriptions
- Research, report and write news and feature stories for online.
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing multimedia contents.
- Create video features both in Thai and English for Bangkok Post's online presence.
- Conduct LIVE reporting or show hosting for Bangkok Post Online.
- Assist in the production of video content for the website, including script writing, script editing, translation and research.
- Others as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communications or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experiences in similar role.
- Professional level of written and verbal English language skills.
- Good personality and strong communication skills to present video stories and conduct live reporting.
- Have a commanding presence on camera.Proficiency in storytelling and creative writing.
- Abilitiy in using video editing solfwares (preferred).
