Asian Medical, Inc.  (www.asianmedical.net) is a representative for medical companies who want to export more of their medical equipment to the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. We find, manage and motivate medical equipment dealers in these regions, so they maximize their selling efforts.

Asian Medical Inc. has over 15 years of experience successfully managing dealer networks in Asia-Pacific. We travel, at our expense, to the major Asia-Pacific countries to meet and train local dealers. We represent DALE Medical in Asia.

Job description

Primary Duties:

  • Manage a range of Medical product lines. These products are made in the USA and exported to a number of countries in Asia.
  • Find new Dealer/Distributors in the countries in Asia where dealers don’t yet exist.
  • Evaluate the performance of the current dealer network in Asia, and replace under-performing dealers with better qualified, motivated dealers
  • Have constant communication with current and new dealers, via phone, fax, email and personal visits. (This includes travel to each of the major Asian countries to meet with current dealers to make sure they are maximizing their efforts, or to find new dealers.)
  • Provide Sales Training to the staff of Dealer/Distributors for each of the product lines, including advantages over competing products.

 

Job Objectives:

  • Grow sales annually in each Asian country, where one or more dealers exist.
  • Improve each dealer’s product loyalty and motivation to sell more products, and become the reliable personal contact for each Asian Dealer.
  • Give constant attention to all the Asian Dealers so they will give constant attention to the products.

Qualification

  • Ability to speak read and write English. Ex-Pat or Permanent Residents welcome to apply.
  • Business development experience in any industry. (Those who are managing complementary medical or laboratory sales agencies are preferred).
  • Medical or laboratory background and clinical ability would be helpful.
  • Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
  • Good computer skills, and understanding of WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK programs
  • Willingness ability to travel within Asian countries to meet with local dealers.
