Job description
The Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok is seeking a qualified Residence Chef
Qualification
- At least 5 years of cooking experiences in well-known restaurants or hospitality services across a range of Western and Thai cuisines
- Fluency in English with a strong vocabulary related to cuisine and service
- Must be positive, proactive, easy to cooperate and flexible to work in evenings, weekend and holidays
- Ability to design menus for a range of funtions including official lunches and dinners, buffets and receptions. Interest in exploring Swedish cuisine
- Manage selection and shopping for food
- Strong planning and organizational skill
- Good interpersonal skill, honest and serviced minded
- Excellent health. Must be able to obtain security and medical clearances
- Knowledge of international cuisine is an asset
- Salary will be negotiable based on experience
