มูลนิธิเด็กโสสะแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชินูปถัมภ์ เป็นองค์กรเอกชนสาธารณประโยชน์ไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ.2514 เพื่อช่วยเหลือเด็กไทยที่สูญเสียบิดามารดา ในรูปแบบครอบครัวทดแทนถาวรระยะยาว เด็กได้เติบโตขึ้นในครอบครัวโสสะได้มีคุณแม่โสสะเป็นผู้เลี้ยงดูด้วยความรักความอบอุ่น ท่ามกลางสายสัมพันธ์ของพี่น้องในบ้าน คุณแม่โสสะจะดูแลเด็กประมาณ 10 คนในหนึ่งครอบครัว โดยครอบครัวโสสะประมาณ 12 ครอบครัวจะอาศัยอยู่ในหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะ นอกจากนี้เด็กยังได้รับการศึกษาสูงสุดตามความสามารถจนออกไปประกอบอาชีพพึ่งพาตัวเองได้ ปัจจุบันมีเด็กในการดูแลประมาณ 700 คนในหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะ 5 แห่งทั่วประเทศไทย (บางปู สมุทรปราการ, หาดใหญ่ สงขลา, หนองคาย, เชียงรายและภูเก็ต) ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของมูลนิธิฯ www.sosthailand.org

- Responsible for the development of an annual strategic plan of the function.
- Responsible to leads processes, activities and projects to achieve objectives as per strategic annual plan of the function.
- To provide expertise, consultancy in HR and issues related to it.
- To support knowledge sharing, and ensuring capacity building of co-workers in Human Resources.
Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female, age over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human Resources or equivalent field.
- At least 5 years working experience in human resources.
- Knowledge and experience in HR such as local law, employment rules & latest HR practices.
- Good command of English with computer literacy.
- Leadership skills & Team oriented.
- Communication and Advisory skills.
