Job brief

We are looking for a result-driven Beauty and Fashion Merchandising Manager to be responsible for sales and profit margin of your category. As a merchandsing manager, you will be responsible for identifying market demand and searching for right merchandises at a right price, display in a right format to meet customer demand and expectation in order to maximize sales & profit margin.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and profit margin target in Beauty and Fashion Merchasing category.
• Identify market demand by researching, tracking and analyzing market trends, and understanding of the products in each targeted buyer countries.
• Identify suppliers who has the targeted supply, making sales pitch on expanding on-line channels, negotiating product prices and terms, as well as managing on-going relationship with suppliers. 
• Responsible for pricing, product margin, promotion, and recommended display including copywriting & photography to ensure maximize buyer demand & expectation.
• Liaise with data entry, photograph team, store manager to ensure new products listed on schedule and act as project manager throughout the process.
• Collaborate with store manager to get feedback, product trend and market demand as an input to work on merchandising strategy and plans, and coordinate with customer services team on customer inquiry for pricing and promotion.
• Monitor the sales performance for each client and for each product sku, so to make suggestion to store manager on pricing, or special promotion, or to exit the product from store in order to maximize the sale conversion and profit margin.

• 3 Years and above of Working Experience in merchandising & buying in retail industry  
• IT literacy in Internet, MS Office applications, etc. 
• Bachelor Degree in BBA, Economics or related fields.
• E-commerce knowledge is preferred.

Skills required

• Good in English and Thai
• Willing to work with multiple data platform

Technical skills

• Microsoft office:
  • Excel at intermediate to advance is required

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in project management, sales is preferred. 

Salary range: 25,000 – 45,000
