Our Mechanical Engineers provide a wide range of services to our business operations. Tasks often include:

• undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations at our solar thermal sites;
• review construction loading and stress designs of solar thermal equipment, designing parts and working with sub contractors on manufacturing parts;
• Knowledge of steam turbines or ORC turbines and power generation;
• managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on mechanical engineering issues;
• communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients;
• reviewing and approving project drawings;
• using computer-aided design (CAD) packages for designing and drawings – preference for use in solidworks;
• review designs for construction of solar thermal parabolic trough equipment, pumps, and thermal design;
• scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery;
• ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget;
• correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Thai national.
• Bachelor of Engineering Degree - Mechanical
• Two or more years of experience.
• Solidworks experience,
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience working with 3D design/drafting
• Good organizational skills, self-starter
• Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Work well within a team environment
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
