Job description

  • To represent the Owner and Board of Directors  in managing the shopping and foodcourt centers in accordance with the standard operating procedures and policies as set out by the company
  • To buld concepts for foodcourt center and work with design and architech team to develop ideas to match with the Owner’s expectations
  • To set up the operations team for pre opening and opening of the center
  • Supervise store operations relating to retail, food, vending, sales, merchandising, accountability, and miscellaneous services; meet financial operating budgets; perform full range of HR management functions including hiring, firing, performance review and disciplining.
  • Individuals must manage day-to-day operations of the food court/cafeteria, project food costs, control food wastage, oversee stock management and inventory controls, conduct inventories, etc.
  • Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations;
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained;
  • Handling customer complaints and queries;
  • Implementing branded promotional campaigns from the head office, including the handling of point of sale promotional materials, or devising promotional campaigns;
  • Establishing relationships with the local community and undertaking activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programmes.

Qualification

  • At least 5 years of related work experience in international shopping and foodcourt centers
  • Priority for candidate with working experience in Thailand and other Asian countries
  • Strong setting up and working experiences in F&B area
  • Leadership and management skills
