Role: Focus on operating and developing the product and service
Report to: General Manager
Contract: Full-time Agreement
Opening Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 / Monday – Saturday
Offer: 30 - 40,000 per month / 4 months probation period
Job Scope:
Operation Manager [Main Responsibility]
Day-to-day operation
- Selling travel products and services and dealing with customer enquiries
- Ensure day-to-day operation of the customer service team
- Managing & motivating customer service team to meet targets, ensuring profitability of the company
- Ensure quality of overall service towards customers
- Report on sales figure, customer cases and customer service team performance
Product, Service & Process
- Ensure complete product range of transport, hotels and tours…etc.
- Propose new and updated travel products in store and on company website
- Propose new services to enhance customer experience
- Select suppliers / partners with qualified service standards
- Responsible for contract agreements with travel operators and hotels
- Support and train customer service team with new products
- Develop and enhance quality of existing sales system, tools and process
Customer Relationship [Supporting Role]
- Ensure working flow between co-workers from different department (e.g. assist in translating emails / replying emails…etc.)
- Attend meetings and functions (events) on behalf of Sawadee Travel
- Presentation of product and service profile to corporate / individual clients
Group & Outbound Tours [Supporting Role]
- Assist in organizing and coordinating with incentive groups
Lufthansa City Center [Supporting Role]
- Assist the team in LCC communication tools and connectivity
- Attend trainings on behalf of LCC Sawadee Travel when required
Qualification
- Able to operate with ticketing system – Galileo / Abacus / Amadeus
- Able to communicate fluently in Thai and English, German is a plus
- Experience in travel industry for over 3 years
- Able to operate with basic computer software – emails, word, excel, power point programs…etc.
