- Fluent in English and Thai language / spoken and written
- Having a network with tour operators
- Familiar with hotel searching sites as Agoda, Booking.com, Hotel.com etc. knowledge how to deal with this organizations
- With previous hotel experience is a must but still open for non-hotel experience
- Extensive experience in all key group market segments in a hotel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Outstanding presentation skills, both oral and written presentation
- Highly analytical, creative problem solver and strong leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Has the ability to train and share knowledge to new staff.
- Willing to travel.
- 24/7 type of person.
