The name of the restaurant is connoted from the name of the Chef, Man Wai Yin. During the past 15 years in Thailand, he has been lending his culinary skills and long learned experience in Chinese cuisine is looking for a talented candidate for join the team:

Job description

Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.

  • Experience in the food industry is a must
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Developing the performance of all sales activities. 
  • Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development  

Qualification

  • **Thai Nationality Only**
  • Male or Female
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Hotel or Food Industry. (catering, retail)
  • Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain and customer requirements.
  • Strong sales capabilities
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Very good command of English both verbal & Written
  • Computer Skill
