Job description

Job Summary:

Lead the strategic development and execution for key brand lines of business that are the primary growth opportunities for the brand. Understand the consumer food product needs and wants and leverage to create winning consumer strategies for communications and product positioning/development. Work closely with consumer insights, product development, sales, and manufacturing to optimize product lines and deliver sustainable profit growth. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops brand positioning, advertising, pricing and new product strategies.
  • Collaborates to understand, align and activate against target consumer behavior and insights.
  • Develops and aligns annual marketing plan.
  • Provides oversight of annual marketing plan execution. Integrates activities of key departments.
  • Evaluates progress against plan and recommends corrective action as needed.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements plans for line extensions and new product introductions.
  • Monitors timelines and effectiveness of tactical plan execution.
  • Controls the consumer food marketing budget.
  • Assist marketing in reviewing the activities of external restaurant.
  • Actively manages P&L variances to attain annual and long-range financial objectives.
  • Analyzes brand business results and marketplace dynamics to provide on-going marketing mix recommendations.
  • Frequently communicates opportunities and risks.
  • Assists in the development and communication of effective trade customer strategies.

Qualification

  • **Thai Nationality Only**
  • Male or Female
  • 3-5 years of hotel / restaurant management experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast paced, matrix management environment.
  • Dynamic with a creative outgoing personality.
  • Very good command of English both verbal & Written
  • Computer Skill
