Job description

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will explore the working scope of Business Support Department and participate actively to the assigned work herebelow classified by priority.  

 

1)  Enquiries Management

      - Screen all incoming business support-related enquiries from French Companies asking for information or services

  • In case of general enquiries by email: under supervision of Business Support-FR Manager,  acknowledge receipt, propose basic knowledge on the subject with options of payable services with daily fees, or orient them to more suitable organizations/ company members
  • In case of asking for meeting, accompany Business Support-FR Manager to the meetings to learn how to answer to clients and get better understanding on business issues and context

2)  Project Management (lists, trade missions and market study)

      - Assist Business Support-FR Manager in establishing list and mission for each individual client upon their needs

  • List set up: study clients’ needs, research through associations/organisations, telemarketing for contact verification; build up list and submit to client
  • Trade mission: after list finalization, prepare program of meetings with business potential partners, facilitate logistic arrangements upon request, accompany clients (with interpretation service if needed), brief clients on Thailand business environment if needed before mission start-up and debriefing to evaluate the results of the work and further improve the services
  • Market Study: according to clients’ request and following to the advice of Business Support Manager, conducting a market survey either by phoning or by doing a questionnaire. A final report must be edited with the current situation of the market, benchmarking with existing competitors and strategies recommendation if any.

3)  Business Center Management

      - Keep regular contact with partners (law firms, consultants) to identify potential clients for Business Center

      - Answer to the request for business center and provide basic information concerning work permit, visa, etc

      - Maintain good relationship with clients of business center

4)  Industry Sectors Monitoring

      - To read newspaper daily and make notes on market information and change in regulations

      - To keep abreast of sectorial publications: Business France, National Food Institute, Trade Associations,…

      - To visit local trade fairs and identify key players in the industry

Qualification

  • Thai nationality
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business and trade
  • Previous 1st working experience or internships with a proven track record in business and trade, company set up
  • Team player, dynamic, autonomous and reliable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service minded and business driven
  • At ease in telemarketing will be a plus
