Woodlands Pattaya a well established 208 rooms property with 3 swimming pools and several concept restaurants is looking for a Hotel Manager.
Overall description :
- Handle and resolve management / operation problems in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times
- Plans, directs and evaluate daily operations, services standards and profitability of the hotel
- To implement and in-charge of the hotel operations, which include but not limited to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing
Qualification
- 35 – 45 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Assistant Manager, Resident Manager or Operation Manager in a 4 – 5 stars hotel
- At least Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Relevant hands-on experience in managing hotel operations
- Preference will be given to candidates with F&B + Sales & Marketing background in Thailand
- Must be able to multi-tasks and coordinate the various departments responsibilities
- Attention to details, strong ability to follow through with problems with guests and staffs
- Possess successful leadership skills, able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to communicate with all level and train and develop team members
