Job Title: Director, Human Resources
Job Summary
The Director, Human Resources will report directly to the General Manager of the property with a functional report to the Group Director Human Resources. As the leader of the Human Resources support team, he/she directs and works with Human Resources Team Members to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource function including oversight of recruitment, total rewards management, training and development. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering Human Resources services with passion, creativity and style that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success, as well as ensures compliance with Thai Labour Law and COMO Hotels and Resorts policy and operating standards.

Qualification
Key Requirements
- Three to five years extensive human resources management experience in a similar size property with a 5-Star International Brand Hotel. Experience in training or as a trainer preferred. Operations experience and labour related experience is favoured.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management desired.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, work is thorough and to the highest standards
- A minimum of intermediate ability in Microsoft Office with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate skills level, with a preference for advanced skill ability
- Fluency in English and Thai required
