Position : Assistant Spa Manager

To assist the Admin and Director of Spa in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.
To lead the therapists in a professional manner.
To be a team leader and guide therapists in the right direction, answer their questions, assist in problem solving and be a role model.
(Provide massage services, face and body treatments to guests.) Only if required.
To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met.
To maintain the highest level of cleanliness required.
Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
Conduct trainings and assessments of therapists on regular basis.
**Must be able to provide new techniques and treatments as per market trend.
Must be able to assist guests with inquiries.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Must have proven track record in massage and beauty therapy
**Must be flexible, this position will require availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, holidays and sick cover.
