Job description

Job Purpose:

  • Manage all financial reporting, budgeting and management of the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance and accounting team;
  • Supervise accounting practices and all aspects of finance control;
  • Oversee cash flow management, receivables/payables and invoicing;
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, including monitoring the progress of achieving the budget planning and forecasts. Report to the Partners;
  • Review and ensure tax compliance for the companies;
  • Recommend financial operation policies to the Partners;
  • Responsible for the financial & management reporting and consolidation of the financial statements of the companies;and
  • Conduct analysis of performances of the companies and highlight issues of concerns to the Partners.

Qualification

  • Male or Female age over 30 years and Thai Nationality only
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Investment or related fields
  • At least 3 years experienced as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
