Job description

  • Establish customer service center policies and practices. Create a customer-driven working environment
  • Establish and maintain highly effective customer service/relations with internal and external customers through self and others.
  • Achieve goals in customer service and supports the drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Support sales growth through world class customer service that exceeds customer expectation
  • Manage all customer services issue. Response and handle to all customer questions and customer complaint. Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and initiates action plans to resolve the issues.
  • Build and Develop customer relationship management.

Qualification

  • Thai nationality with Bachelor degree or higher
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Problem analysis, Good planning and organizational skills
  • Customer Service Orientation, Strong leadership
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English, Thai
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
