Job description

  • Function as a leader of Sales & Marketing Dept. for properties with booking of rooms and entire hotel concept.
  • Responsible for working direct with COO and Hotel mgrs. in creating clear and credible vision for hotels, understand market mix and aligns HR, structures and systems to achieve strategic goals and maximize revenues.
  • Responsible for total occupations hotels & resorts,
  • Manage the property’s reactive and proactive sales efforts.
  • Meets and exceeds revenue goals by development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives.
  • Researches competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy
  • Participates in sales calls with members of the Sales and Marketing team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Serves as the sales contact for customers, serves as the customer advocate.

Qualification

  • Male/Female 30 yrs. and above with a bachelor degree in related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills , communication and organizational skill
  • English proficiency in Writing, Reading and Speaking
  • Has network with tour operations.
  • Familiar with hotel searching sites as Agoda, Booking.com etc. knowledge how to deal with organization.
  • Extensive experience in all key group market segments in a hotel.
  • Able to work in shift (with mentality 24/7)
  • Outstanding presentation skills, both oral and written presentation.
  • Highly analytical, creative problem solver and strong leadership skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Has high ability to train and share knowledge to new staff.
