Role

This position reports to Group Finance Manager and this role involves:

• Provide financial information to Management.
• Coordination and smooth communication with the Management, Auditors and Group concerned parties.
• Ensure Corporate Governances in line with Company Policy and SOP.

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Preparing Trial Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Stock Ageing, Journal, Audit Schedules and other Reports.
• Handles Financial Transactions, Auditing Documents, Reconciles Financial Discrepancies, Recommendation of Financial Actions.
• Prepares payments.
• Complies with Thailand financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Involved in preparation of budget report and review it quarterly against actual cost.
• To represent Company in meetings, discussions and other account related matters both internally and externally when required.
• Develop and maintenance Professional and Technical knowledge by attending educating workshops and reviewing professional publications.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting.
• Min. 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, budgeting and cost control procedures and with good knowledge in accounting, preferably previous experience in the Construction industry.
• Able to write and communicate in English.
• Strong technical skills involving inventory reconciliation, cost analysis and month-end closing.
• Good communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Detailed/ Result-oriented.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Capable to work in a team environment with diverse people
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
