Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited, an automotive company operated under the umbrella of Daimler AG, the world's largest manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, was founded on January 14, 1998. Mercedes-Benz Thailand handles the importation, assembly, and distribution of passenger cars and commercial vehicles as well as provides full maintenance and after-sales services to its clientele.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join the first class team according to the following position

Job description

  • Coaching, monitoring and on-site steering sales with respective dealers in order to achieve both wholesale and retail sales target agreement
  • Sales Plan discussing and working with respective dealers to create short and long term sales plans for Completed Build Up and Completed Knock Down models in order to achieve retail sales target agreement for both
  • Closely monitoring and pushing dealers for retails, providing advice and consultation to ensure that dealers do business properly, motivating them to be proactive on sales. Analyzing weaknesses and strengths of dealer and identify the specialize on product also seeking new opportunity for selling and compete with competitors
  • Fulfilling dealer requirement to expanding a chance of sales
  • Ensuring that all company policies, marketing strategies, procedures, sales report and sales campaign are clearly understood and implemented
  • Gathering information related to automotive business from dealer’s area for updating market situations and communicating these to sales and marketing team to create efficient marketing tools and strategies
  • Monitoring and coordinating with relevant departments and Mercedes-Benz Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., to make sure of smooth sales process. Implementing efficient sales report with monthly and quarterly monitoring to on-site discuss and update with dealer as well as emphasis data quality both Sales and Sales Funnel report
  • Maintain, reinforce and communicate to respective dealers to ensure that all Mercedes-Benz Thailand Dealer Standards particularly Sales & Marketing Function are implemented and completed
  • Update and follow up all Customer Satisfaction Index matters in order to improve the Customer Satisfaction Index score and increase customer satisfaction
  • Participate in special events such as Bangkok International Motor Show, Motor Expo, Bangkok Used car and Import car Show, Mercedes Benz Thailand & dealer sales activities and organize dealer meetings
  • Continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with latest information for personal/ professional development as well as adding valuable information to Mercedes Benz Thailand
  • Expertise in Dealer Management System, Auto line system to become more efficient in retail business
  • Monitoring Sales Funnel Program to ensuring data accuracy and co-analyze sales activities information with dealer in order to improve the conversion rate to expanding chance of sales

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or related fields
  • 3-5 year experiences in automotive industry, in sales or dealer support function
  • Knowledge of automotive market and product, Strategic Marketing Planning, Sales & Marketing skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Computer literacy
  • Good command of spoken and written English
