Amnuay Silpa School was established on 24th May 1926, initially offering tutorial programs with afternoon and evening classes. The School was located at buildings No. 707-709, Atsadang Road, Pak Klong Talad, Pra Nakorn, Bangkok and operated by teachers from Suankularb Wittayalai School with support from the then vice principle of Suankularb Wittayalai School  While requesting permission to open the school, he named the school “Amnuay Silpa” which means “Education provider.”
