          Our Client is a well-respected leader in its field, trading in more than 180 countries around the world and also offering complete turnkey capability in fire protection and detection systems; serving high hazard and specialist industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, semi-conductor manufacturing and industrial plants.

          Due to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit a highly experienced Managing Director located within the South East Asia region.  The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, benefits and car allowance.

          The Managing Director will be responsible for running a specialist engineering and system integration operation and delivering an effective sales strategy across the SEA region.  The Managing Director will have full operational and P&L responsibility for the business, which encompasses approximately 50 employees.

          The Company has ambitious growth targets within their business and the successful candidate will play a key role in bringing leadership through the relentless pursuit of excellence to build business relationships across all levels to support this growth strategy.

          You will have proven communication and influencing skills developed at a senior level and the ability to deliver both strategically and operationally in a commercial environment are a must. Other experience should include budgetary control, performance management, ability to develop growth strategies, manage change and maintain a relationship with existing clients to maximise sales opportunities.
