Position

Job description

  • Answer daily incoming calls and make outgoing calls (as assigned) to provide information to external contacts.
  • Responsible for sending email with valuable information to inquiries.
  • Administered all daily incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Assist in content proof, edition, translation and publication for printing and other publications in correspondences with WCS-TP and projects upon request such as annual reports, manuals, brochures, posters, fact sheets, etc.
  • Performing purchase for both local and overseas as required, administered quotation and each useful information for consideration.
  • Assist in supplier selection/evaluation to meet purchasing objective, and weekly /monthly reporting on purchasing activity together with an inventory record.
  • Assist on providing content publication on WCS Thailand website.
  • Coordinating and facilitating with all projects’ requirement.
  • Performing related tasks as assigned.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields (English or Communications is preferable).
  • Having 1 - 2 year experience in administrative field would be an advantage.
  • Excellent in English (Speaking, Listening and Writing).
  • Good in computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Proactive, multi tasking, patient and high integrity.
  • Good interpersonal and ability to clearly communicate with co-workers, partners and visitors.
  • Interested in nature and conservation.
