The Rockefeller Foundation works around the world to promote the well-being of humanity by expanding opportunities for poor and vulnerable people.  We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background and transactional experience in finance / banking / investment to join our team and be part of helping to shape and deliver a range of innovative program initiatives across Asia.  As a Program Associate you will work with others in the team to help implement our priorities in Asia, develop innovative grants, support effective relationship management with our partners, ensure quality in our work, and manage special projects as requested. Qualification

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, international affairs, or related field
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in a transactional role in investment/ commercial banking or private equity with skills in financial statement analysis, modeling (Excel) and structuring. Formal credit training and multi-country exposure in Asia a plus.
  • International development, government sector, NGO experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and to prioritize work amidst competing demands
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written in English and Thai
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both internationally and domestically
  • Open to Thai nationals only
