Position Overview
The Product Manager is a key position within the Management Team with the main focus on maintaining and developing the best products & services available which are both marketable and profitable.
Job Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of the various tourism related products available within Thailand with the emphasis on innovative experiences.
- Excellent negotiation skills in dealing with various third-party suppliers.
- Coaching and managing the Product team and Database department.
- Communicating and training all in-house departments on new product development.
- Ensure the timely completion of a detailed annual Tariff with all prices at appropriate margins.
- Conduct regular checks and research for the highest possible quality tours, which requires travelling within the country.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in a similar role. Work well under pressure and able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationship at all levels.
