Responsibilities:

You will need to do :

• Need to start and build up the Bangkok Office to a 12 Consultant and staff team within a year
• Manage, plan and lead the Bangkok Branch office
• Realize strategic human capital solutions for our Key clients
• Strong sales, client relationship, presentation skills and networking skills
• Identify and develop corporate accounts through evangelization of our Recruitment and Search services
• Develop strong relationship through professional consulting advice to top executives, understanding their requirements to bring their business forward
• Provide overall management and primary interface with clients to ensure each assignment is concluded with successful placement within a tight timeline.

• Masters or Degree in any discipline with min 5 years of Executive Search and Recruitment experience
• Min 2 years of managing a successful Executive Search or Recruitment team
• Highest possible ethical and professional standards
• Enterprising and self starter
• Highly self-motivated, independent, resourceful & an excellent team player
• Sales-driven & result-oriented
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Great leadership and sales management skills
• Self starter and able to start a new business from scratch.
